Shipping & Order Details

Processing time is typically between 1-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Shipping times may vary between 1-3 business days for NZ orders, or up to 14 business days for international orders. If we have low stock or have an unusual number of orders placed, processing and shipping times may be delayed.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the order has been fulfilled.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We accept returns for defective items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
