Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide using Courier priority service. New Zealand orders are shipped using tracked postage via NZ post (typically delivered in between 1-3 days). Shipping time defers based on what country the order is placed from.

How do I care for my jewellery

Keep your jewellery in a secure pouch, box, or airtight container, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

To maintain its shine, gently polish it with a microfibre or jewellery cloth to remove tarnish and chemical build-up.

Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfumes, lotions, hand sanitisers, chlorine, or saltwater, as these can cause it to tarnish more quickly.

Always handle gold-plated pieces with clean, dry hands.

For best results, take off your jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve its colour and finish.

What is your return process?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at lala.jewellery@com. Once your return is received, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 business. We offer one week for change of minds or damaged goods to be returned.

Will you cover any reactions to metals or materials in the jewellery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reactions to metals or materials, as these are not considered product faults. If you have sensitive skin, please check the materials listed for each item before purchasing or contact us to ensure the jewellery suits your needs.
